LAW versus legal

Tess Talks with Professor Dolores Cahill

The legal system is not lawful

The LAW | Te TURE

  • DO NO HARM | KAUA O KINO

  • ACT IN HONOUR | MAHI I RUNGA I TE HONORE

  • INALIENABLE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS | NGA TIKA ME NGA HEREKORE ME NGA HEREKORE

  • First do not harm | Tuatahi kaua e kino:
Willful blindness, deception, misrepresentation, fraud, malfeasance, misfeasance, misconduct in public office, criminal misconduct. The man and woman is liable under the LAW if they cause Harm. Holding the liability criminally, financially, professionally and personnally.
  • Inalienable right to life | Ko te tika ki te koiora
  • Innocent until proven guilty | Harakore tae noa ki te whakapae i te hara
  • Inalienable right to bodily integrity | Te tika korekore ki te tapatahi tinana
  • Freedom of Speech | Te Whakaaetanga Korero
  • Freedom of Assembly | Te Whakaaetanga Huihuinga
  • Freedom of Travel | Te Whakaaetanga Haere

MAXIM of LAW:

No one is above the LAW
Fraud unravels all -  No time limit on fraud

Corporations such as SEC CIK #0000216105 acting as governments have inverted the correct pecking order by placing their statutes, acts and court rulings based on such statutes/acts above the Universal Principles of Natural LAW, Maori customary law and common law.

Correct pecking order

From simple, clear guidelines...

1- I am the Lord thy God! Thou shalt have no other Gods but me!
2- Thou shalt not take the Name of the Lord thy God in vain!
3- Thou shalt keep the Sabbath Day holy!
4- Thou shalt honor father and mother!
5- Thou shalt not kill!
6- Thou shalt not commit adultery!
7- Thou shalt not steal!
8- Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor!
9- Do not let thyself lust after thy neighbor’s wife!
10- Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, nor his farm, nor his cattle, nor anything that is his!

To the use of legalese to confuse and complicate...

Women, men, boys, girls, people are alive and can be harmed. Corporations use legalese such as persons, citizens, children and define these words in a way that is designed as mechanisms of control as well as confusion and deception.
